Always wear a helmet and ensure your Airwheel is fully charged before riding. Check the battery level in the app to confirm it’s within the optimal range.
Scan the path for obstacles, loose gravel, or uneven surfaces. Avoid steep slopes and areas with heavy foot traffic. Make sure the area is clear of children or pets.

Use the throttle control smoothly. Avoid sudden acceleration or sharp turns, especially at high speeds. Maintain a steady pace and stay aware of traffic signals.
Never ride while distracted by your phone or music. Keep both hands on the handlebar and avoid carrying heavy items that could unbalance you. If you feel unstable, stop immediately.
If the battery runs low, pull the emergency stop switch. In case of a malfunction, turn off the power and contact Airwheel support via the app. Regular maintenance and firmware updates also ensure long-term safety.
